The backrest has a sturdy, quick and safe adjustment system offering a wide range of positions making it ideal for all type of training. The rubber handle and stop bars ensure speedy backrest adjust ranges of 0°, 20°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 85°. The ZONE+ is a complete home gym station giving the user endless workout options; dumbbell and olympic bar bench press, shoulder press, bicep curls, dumbbell fly, dumbbell row and many more, designed to deliver the perfect workout position for any level of fitness. The heavy duty quality padding provides a comfortable and ergonomically correct position which is especially important when using heavy weights during an intense strength training workout.
