— Some patience is needed here:

VR controllor need to be replaced with the corresponding rechargeable battery and battery cover in the package before charging(the R and L marks on the battery and battery cover need to match with the controllor grips)– Some small details to note in the installation:The silver electrode area on the battery should correspond to the aluminium piece on the battery cover, and the magnetic interface on the battery cover should correspond to the charging dock.When the VR controller is not charging properly, please be careful to check if the left and right batteries are installed backwards. Make sure the left and right batteries and battery covers correspond to the left and right controllers.

Attention when charging headset

The host needs to be inserted into the magnetic C connector first and then iplaced into the host charging place (note: corresponds to the magnetic connector).As the VR fast charger has a chip protocol, which needs to read the data first. so you may need to wait 10~20S until the host is connected to the charging dock. (Charging status: The host indicator light turns from green to red)Please use the provided adapter and data cable to ensure stable voltage and current (rated voltage current: 5V 3A))

Note:

Since the magnetic C connector is placed at the vr headset charging position and is too small, please pay attention when you take out the package to avoid losing the C connector.
